How to cook chinese sesame chicken

1. In a large plastic freezer bag, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, and garlic (minced or crushed). Add chicken; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight or for at least an hour. (If you prepare this the night before, you can add the chicken breasts to the marinade frozen and they will thaw during the night and be marinated well by dinner time.)
2. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a greased broiler pan; set marinade aside. Broil chicken 4 inches from the heat for 12 to 14 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once.
3. Meanwhile, pour the marinade into a saucepan. Add the cornstarch, water, and chicken broth and whisk until smooth. Bring mixture to a rolling boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
4. Serve chicken and sauce over rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Add a green veggie and you’ve got a nutritious, delicious, family friendly meal.
